Only products purchased directly from smart-shield.co.uk are eligible for a return and refund.
To be eligible or Return and Refund:
- The return must be made within 30 days from the initial purchase date
- Your request must be made through our 'Contact Form' or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The item must be new, unopened and unused, in its original packaging
- Any orders returned after 30 days from the purchase date are subject to Exchange only
- You must provide your 4 digit Order number (for example #0001) or the email address used when placing your order
- Refunds are given for the value of the product, at the time of purchase, minus the shipping cost

Once your order has been received back to our Returns Centre, a refund will be processed for you, back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 days for refunds, depending on your banks' individual processing timescales.
A confirmation email will be sent you immediately following your completed refund request.
For open and used items:
If you have ordered and received your tempered glass screen protector, no refunds will be given after installation has taken place, due to the nature of the product, unless the item falls under exceptional circumstances.
Our screen protectors are not guaranteed to be 100% case friendly due to the varying degree of manufacturing standards and sizes of third-party case suppliers.
If you encounter an issue where you cannot use your tempered glass screen protector because the case you are using makes our product incompatible, no refunds will be granted.
For faulty/damaged items:
In the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged, you must contact us immediately, within 14 days, to process a replacement order.
You must provide picture/video evidence, with a close-up image of the screen protector in its original packaging for us to log with our Postal Team and to support your replacement order.
In the unlikely event that you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us immediately, within 14 days, to process a replacement order or refund request.
You must provide picture/video evidence, with a close-up image of the screen protector still adhered to your phone, to support your request.
Should you remove your screen protector prior to contacting us or taking a picture, no refunds will be given.
